Douglas Noll

Douglas Noll has obtained his J.D. from the University of the Pacific in Sacramento, California in 1977 and was admitted to the Bar in the same year. He has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at the San Joaquin College of Law in California, since 1987 and was the Adjunct Professor of Forensic Psychology at Alliant International University in California from 2001 - 2004.

As a mediator and peacemaker, Doug has worked on over 1,500 conflicts, both litigated and non-litigated.

Mr. Noll specializes in difficult, complex and intractable conflicts where relationships are involved. He is a former trial lawyer who demonstrated success in complex, difficult or unique cases in state and federal trial and appellate courts. Doug has experience in AAA commercial and construction arbitration and has a broad range of knowledge, including business, financial, construction, commercial, agricultural, employment, constitutional law, insurance law and government contracts.

At MBB, Doug is the Board Liaison for the Truth & Reconciliation Commission Committee and the Strategic Planning Committee. He is also a member of the Technology & Information Systems Committee.
