She has a lifelong passion for understanding how people’s beliefs, attitudes, and underlying values each inform the others and influence their decisions and actions. That interest has led her to work with consulting firms, advertising agencies, and client-side companies, in a range of industries from automotive to financial-services to health-care and pharmaceuticals, and in areas from advertising to website usability.

She holds an undergraduate degree from Williams College, an MBA in marketing and management policy from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University, and an MA in ethics from Yale Divinity School, and is a trained mediator.
