He is Professor Emeritus of Conflict Studies\, Program on Negotiation and Conflict Resolution\, Creighton University and a founding partner of CDR Associates\, a conflict intervention firm headquartered in Boulder\, Colorado. Bernie’s newest book (with Jacqueline Font-Guzmán)\, The Neutrality Trap: from Constructive Engagement to Strategic Disruption in Social Conflict\, will be available in early 2022. Previous books include: The Dynamics of Conflict\, Beyond Neutrality\, and Staying With Conflict. \, and The Conflict Paradox. Bernie lives in Kingsville\, Ontario. \n \nJacqueline (Jackie) N. Font-Guzmán\, Ph.D\, J.D.\, is a Fulbright scholar with vast experience in conflict\, healthcare\, academia\, and the legal system. Her work has been internationally recognized.
