While tackling questions such as how behavior effects group dialogue, what behaviors are present and why, and how to manage behaviors as a facilitator, you will learn how to recognize behavior, its cause, and function, in group dialogue and facilitation.

With this knowledge, you will enrich your toolbox to better asses group dynamics, identify the function of the behavior, and identify possible consequences and in turn, you will better help people express themselves or extinguish problem behavior.

Please note that this is also an introduction to group facilitation involving individuals with autism, so they may be included in community dialogue and problem-solving.
