Phd. Engineer. Mayor Adama SARR I am a Land Surveyor Engineer by Profession and Phd in Geomatics Sciences in Laval (Canada). In January 2022 I Was elected Mayor of Keur Massar Nord, a city with Three hundred thousand (300 000) people located in Dakar the capital of Sénégal. I also have a Master in Peace, Security and Defense in the high and prestigious center CHEDS https://cheds.gouv.sn/ ( Centre des Hautes Etudes de Défense et de Sécurité). Since 2014 I have been working in the National Cadastral Office of Senegal as a Land Mediator. In parallel I was doing consulting with GLTN (Global Land Tools Network) a Branch of United Nations- Habitat in Land rights and particularly Women rights on Land. I am also Member of Rotary Club Dakar Soleil and former President of Francophone’s young surveyors Network of the Federation of Francophone’s Surveyors who regroups all French Speaking Countries around the world.
