Carolyn Manning is a nationally accredited mediator in Australia who brings energy and passion to her work.  She utilises 25 years’ experience as a mediator and psychologist to add value, insight and understanding to her conflict management work, which includes mediation, conflict coaching, negotiations and facilitated discussions. She is a Harvard trained negotiator who has provided mediation training for Bond University, the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia, La Trobe University, Leo Cussen Centre for Law and the Resolution Institute.  Carolyn has presented and published academic papers on mediation outcomes and workplace conflict and produced a DVD that has sold nationally on this subject. Carolyn has been serving as a sessional member of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal since 2011. She is currently on mediation panels with the Department of Health and Human Services (State of Victoria) and Victoria Police. She is also trained in providing psychological support to overseas aid workers and in collaborative law mediation.

Carolyn also has previously worked as a volunteer mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters, volunteered at the Victorian Dispute Resolution Centre, worked as a volunteer counselor with the Victorian AIDS Council and Lifeline.
