With senior marketing experience at TechCrunch/Foundry and Belkin International (a $1B+
consumer electronics company) Cindy has spent 25 years directing cross-functional teams across
North America, Europe, and Asia, managing international brand strategy, high-stakes B2B
partnerships, and complex multi-stakeholder relationships across global markets.

From 2010 to 2020, Cindy founded and ran Kava Yoga in Long Beach CA. Over 1,300 hours of
teaching and leading 200- and 300-hour teacher training programs cultivated deep skills in
facilitation, active listening, holding space for others, and guiding individuals and groups
through discomfort toward resolution.

Cindy holds a 40-hour mediation certification from the International Mediation Campus (IMC)
in Berlin and is currently completing a Master's in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, and
Peacebuilding at CSUDH. She volunteers through Groundswell Community Mediation at
Orange County Superior Court and serves as a volunteer Senior Fellow in Marketing and
Communications at Mediators Beyond Borders International (MBBI).

Cindy holds a B.A. in International Relations from UC Davis and an MBA from Loyola
Marymount University. Her future focus is international conflict resolution.

An enthusiastic Formula 1 fan, Cindy has a particular appreciation for high-stakes competition,
split-second decisions, and the art of navigating at speed – on and off the track.
