Indrani Govender
Indrani is an internationally qualified mediator & arbitrator. She also trains and coaches professionals from the built environment for RICS’s internationally accredited five-day ACRE mediation programme. She has trained in many countries for RICS and has an impeccable record in ensuring successful accreditation for as many as three hundred plus delegates.
She is on the MBBI panel of consultants and is a global practitioner with expertise in international and national multi-party disputes where consensus, facilitation and mediation occurs. She also presides as senior mediator in land rights disputes for the South African government where she has mediated hundreds of disputes. Indrani has expertise in most models of mediation. She is also an arbitrator who is on the panel of various institutions and presides on civil, commercial and workplace disputes.
She is a visiting lecturer at WITS University where she lectures postgraduate students in both mediation and arbitration.
