Mr. Klubosumo Johnson Borh is a 2025 graduate of the Charity Entrepreneurship Incubation Program for High-Impact Nonprofits, a 2023 Mediator Beyond Borders International Peacebuilder of the Year, a 2023 Youth Empowerment Fellow with The Agency Fund, and a 2021 Rainer Arnhold Fellow with the Mulago Foundation. As a social and development practitioner, Borh specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) paired with cash transfers, youth development, reintegration, psychosocial support, conflict transformation, and peacebuilding. Drawing on extensive field experience, Borh has designed and led large-scale, evidence-based programs addressing youth violence, organized crime, and extreme poverty.

Borh has over a decade of field experience spanning Liberia, Sierra Leone, Uganda, Ghana, India, and the U.S. Most recently, he served as a Reintegration Consultant for the Global Coalition for the Reintegration of Child Soldiers at the UN Office of the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Children and Armed Conflict. The centerpiece of Borh’s efforts is the Sustainable Transformation of Youth in Liberia (STYL), an eight-week group therapy project for high-risk youth. The program’s success in reducing crime and violence was rigorously validated by researchers from the University of Chicago, Harvard, and the World Bank. In addition, Borh has led cross-sector partnerships and policy engagement efforts that have improved the lives of vulnerable populations. His work emphasizes evidence-based approaches, cost-effectiveness, and scalable models that drive sustainable change across developing nations.
