Webinar: Intercultural Skills In Conflict Resolution

Is it productive to interact in diverse and multi-cultured environments ethnocentrically because that’s all you know how to do? Or, would you rather have a working knowledge of how to understand diverse social codes and ethnic differences?  In today’s increasingly diverse community and work environments, professionals working in conflict resolution are ever more required to effectively interact using an intercultural skill-set. Join us on Wednesday, October 24, 2018, at 3:00 PM ET in a Conversation on “Intercultural Skills In Conflict Resolution” by Lynn Cole.
