Lima Peace Summit 2025

Reconciling Growth and Governance

In an era where the global demand for natural resources continues to rise, the intersection of economic growth, environmental sustainability, and governance presents both challenges and opportunities. This Summit aims to foster dialogue among policymakers, industry leaders, academics, and civil society to address these pressing issues. It will highlight the significant impacts on individuals, families, communities, and countries around the globe as a result of climate change, social unrest, political shifts, and many other influences.

This event will explore how countries and companies can balance the need for economic development with the imperative to manage natural resources responsibly and equitably. It will also focus on the role of governance in ensuring that development efforts respect environmental limits and promote social equity, while addressing the broader implications for democratic institutions and processes.

We look forward to seeing you in Lima for what will be a dynamic, interesting, and highly captivating experience. By bringing together diverse stakeholders, this Summit seeks to build collaborative pathways toward responsible development that not only secures economic growth but also ensures the sustainable and democratic use of natural resources for future generations.
