Patricia received her Bachelor in Law from Dr. Jose Matias Delgado University in San Salvador, El Salvador and her Master in Business Law in International and European Business Law, Competition Law and Regulatory Law from the Free University of Berlin, Germany. After 10 years of working as a lawyer in El Salvador, she relocated to Ontario Canada, where she became the Executive Director of The Help Centre.

Andrea is a professional with higher education in Administration and Management with a specialization in Accounting and Finance in the business sector. Andrea founded a Rotaract club in Caracas - Venezuela.

Sofia's experience spans over 21 years in the field of human resources, administration and payroll. She has a Master’s in Forest Management from Universidad de los Andes.

Objective: to strengthen the position of teachers of different educational units of San Cristobel, edo. Tochira, Venezuela, with tools in Culture of Peace from the personal and labor sphere (ie: workshop training for teachers at University of the Andes)

Maria Eugenia Miquilena
Maria leads partner empowerment projects (as the main executive) aimed towards vulnerable communities close with Banco de Desarrollo de America Latina (CAF)’s action, minimizing the social risks linked to the business. Her education in Philosophy and Public Policy have led her to perform in various roles in financial institutions related to the energy and environment sectors. In her functions, Maria Eugenia has played a key role in developing and coordinating energy and environment programs where negotiation and community reconciliation and resolution concepts are required.

Maria has extensive experience in indigenous communities, furthering themes of health and entrepreneurship for the betterment of their quality of life. She studied in the Faculty of Law, Political and Social Science, where she graduated in Political and Social Sciences, and became a Doctor of Law and Attorney for the Tribunals of the Republic.

Yesica Pinzon Visuetti
Yesica works as a clinical psychologist at the Centro de las Claras, as part of the Voces Vitales Foundation in Panamaon teenage mothers between 15 and 19. She has a postgraduate degree in Higher Education.
Peace Project: “Las Claras” part of Voces Vitales Panama foundation which promotes women’s empowerment (education, health)
Objective: to reduce conflicts between adolescents, parents, partners, and relatives with the use of conflict resolution, therapy, and social skills. She will organize 13 sessions over 6 months for group of 40; targeting pregnant adolescents and establishing peace program for them and their families.
Angela Leonor Villon Bustamante
Angela Leonor Villon Bustamante
Angela is an activist and an advocate for the rights of sex workers. In 1999, she established “Miluska Vida y Dignidad”, the first organization in Peru to focus on defending sex workers’ rights. She is the current president of the Movement of Sex Workers in Peru, where she promotes the rights of sex workers and fights for their access to a life without violence.
Peace Project: "Strengthening Networks of Sexual Workers through the Leaders of the Movement of Sexual Workers of Peru"
Objectives:
1. To strengthen established organizations in the city of Iquitos, Pucallpa, Tumbes, seeking to increase membership.
2. To identify and strengthen new focal points to begin the facilitation of organizations in La libertad with its capital Trujillo, Lambayeque with its Capital Chiclayo and Piura.
3. To develop strategies of our organizations for the inclusion in thematic tables that deal with issues related to the millennium goals, violence against women and human rights in their provinces.
4. To cultivate a group of women leaders in the Peruvian Sex Workers' Movement for tasks of empowerment, dissemination of human rights, mechanisms of action for complaints, and implementation of a monitoring system of cases and at the national level.

Karla is a licensed educator from the Central University of Venezuela. She has also obtained a Diversity Administration diploma and a Human Rights diploma from the same institution. She is currently the Principal at the UEP Colegio Ciudad de Marana in Caracas, where she manages the faculty center and fulfils the school year annual project.

Mireya Lozada Santelis
Mireya is a licensed psychologist and a Doctor in Political Psychology from the Université de Toulouse, in France. She is a professor at the University of Caracas and is a coordinator for Proyecto Venezuela.
Peace Project: “Venezuela builds scenarios for its future towards a sustainable and inclusive peace”
Objective: to engage groups, institutions, and people as key figures in political transition; to allow open, diverse spaces for dialogue to create processes for decision making and buildup of consensus scenarios.

Anni has, for the past eight years, been involved in the design, administration and evaluation for development projects in many fields such as education, citizen safety, civic participation, conflict transformation, and youth violence.
Peace Project: “Creating a culture of peace through the arts and transformative dialogue”
Objective: To involve youth and cultural organizations from four Peruvian districts; proposed by ProDialogo in alliance with Vichama theatre, Puckllay Cultural Association, Kactus Circus Theatre, and Milagos Project. Up to 90 youth will participate in multi-stakeholder dialogue workshop.

Fabiola, handles social conflicts in the Public Defender’s office in the Attached Office for social conflict prevention and governability. She is licensed to practice Law from the Cesar Vallejo-Piura University.
Peace project: “Strengthening Conflict Resolution Skills”
Objective: to conduct two workshops for civil society and government officials in Huanuco and Piura, Peru; covering Conflict management, ADR and dialogue (based on local needs).

Sara Maria Cifuentes Ramseyer
Sara's professional experience in building and implementing social projects to promote family development in marginalized urban areas---as well as creating high impact social innovation and solutions in organizations. In 2015, Sara directed the development of a new institutional department for Administration and Development, which has shown institutional growth in the Peruvian organization, and strengthened different social programs.

Since she was 17 years old, Counsuelo has been a member of the community leadership team, leading a youth group that promotes campaigns to collect trash in green areas (to avoid polluting the water). Consuelo founded a school in the community and is the treasurer of the parents’ association in the school.

Rosa Luz López Machuca
Rosa is an active defender of the rights of women in Ecuador. Rosa studied Business Administration in the Local University (Universidad Local), and joined the Civil Engineering Faculty, where she advanced innovative programs and promoted the linkage of education and the community. She is coordinator of projects related to micro credits given to women, and consultant for systems for finding drinking water in disenfranchised zones.

Sdhenka Nataly Tito Bernal
Sdhenka has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Psychology. Her work in vulnerable communities, and her defense of the rights of children and adolescents in the municipality of Potosí, Bolivia, have allowed her to value the need for learning about conflict resolution.

Dara graduated from the Central University of Ecuador with a degree in Sociology and Political Science. In 2014, she completed postgraduate work in the mediation of conflicts with a focus on gender and intercultural contexts.

Emma has a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the Catholic University of Bolivia and got a specialty degree from the same university in Psycho-social Community Intervention. Since 2016, she works at the Alalay Foundation, in the Program for Protection of children and adolescents at high risk.

Carola is a professional in agriculture and development in Bolivia. Carola has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and a Masters in Preparation, Evaluation and Administration of Projects, as well as various post-graduate titles in personnel administration, planning, organization and audits.
Peace Project: “Sector Interaction for water, energy, and food for development”
Objective: to identify the main actors and functions of different organizations to manage the provision of water; and to identify a platform of work between sectors, request intervention of main coordinating body at state level and include conflict resolution analysis.

Lalen graduated from Political Science at the University of Antioquia. She also has degrees in Leadership in Politics and Leadership in Democracy and Improvement of Etnical Group Skills to Manage their territories. Her work experience has focused on the support and planning of projects to develop local municipalities and activities to help in the development of the Choco territory.

Eunice is the Manager of the Psycho-social department at the Juan Felipe Gomez Escobar Foundation. She graduated as a Social Worker from the Simon Bolivar University.
Peace Project: “To create an orientation and reconciliation center for teenage moms and their families in Colombia”
Objective: for this center to reduce violence rates and create protective environment for home and community.

Alexandra is the Founder and Director of the Pintando Caminos foundation, Colombia. Alexandra is a labor employment attorney and has a PhD in Labor law at the Escuela de Administration de Negocios EAN.

Aminta represents the youth group of Wayuu Wainpirai, where she leads, participates and coordinates activities to promote peace and peaceful living through the arts and education. She teaches at Wayuu school in Colombia.

Rosa is the President of the Macoripaz Foundation, where she is in charge of the administration of the foundation and the legal issues. She leads social projects with the assistance of her team, with whom she shares the same vision to help others. She has graduated in Politics and Human Rights from the Foundation Universitaria Clartiana and USAID and has finished the third semester of Social Work.

Katherine Cher Carrillo
Katherine works at the “Fondo de Justicia Transitional”, involved in a project to prevent gender and sexual violence. Katherine studied Politology at the Nacional University in Colombia and specialized in Resolution of Conflits at the Universidad Javeriana. She graduated from a Master in Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of Otto-Vonguericke Magdeburg in Germany.
Peace Project: “Project to Improve the Peaceful Transformation of Conflicts in Local Communities”
Objectives: to build upon an existing network of youth leaders and train youth and community leaders on conflict analysis; NVC; negotiation: mediation; ADR; leadership; dialogue; HR and design tools to help the youth implement these skills in the areas of Catatumbo and Cucuta, Colombia.

Doris Waira Nina Jacanamijoy Mutumbajoy
Doris has an extensive background in pedagogy and leadership, but, above all, in recognition and political participation of the Amazonian Indian women, in ethno-education and applied anthropology. She has participated in courses related to International Law of the Indigenous Communities and has graduated on Autoeducaiton at the University Pontifica Bolivariana.
Peace Project: “Safeguarding and promoting artistic and cultural values for peace and reconciliation among six indigenous communities in the department of Caqueta, Colombia”
Objectives: dialogue among government and indigenous groups, creation of spaces for cultural events, design of communication strategies to promote cultural values of indigenous groups into this area.
