Internship Benefits

MBBI strives to cultivate an environment of collaboration and joint learning across all our internships. Our internships are in-person and virtual, with interns based in the US and globally. Interns help create and realize effective engagement strategies, liaise with key partners, write, research, and plan and coordinate events. MBBI internship benefits include:

• Attend MBBI’s monthly webinars at no cost. Past webinars have covered topics such as Transforming Police and Community Relations, How to Reduce Stereotyping, Bias and Prejudice, Unarmed Civilian Protection, and Intercultural Skills in Conflict Resolution amongst many others.
• Become an MBBI member Peace Builder for a year at no cost. Peace Builder benefits range from an enhanced connection to our activities and outcomes to the opportunity for trained mediators to join one of our project teams. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to join MBBI’s Regional and Working Groups as well as serve on Committees.
