Regina is a senior professional mediator/trainer with over 27 years of international experience. As a cultural competency specialist and advocate, she examines current normative approaches to conflict resolution to identify gaps that create power and other imbalances between disputant parties and between disputants, with service providers and with prescriptive conflict resolution systems and processes. Many-a-time, conflict emanates from socio-cultural differences which have the potential to negatively impact outcomes and/or endurance capacity of agreements over the long-term.

Regina developed and currently delivers “Mediation in Race and Cultural Contexts” – a training program focused on transformations to conflict resolution systems, processes, and proceedings design. The program is a unique marriage between culturally appropriate conflict resolution approaches and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Email: allculturesconflictresolution@gmail.com
